Company Purpose
fournir une aide financière aux employés de la Commune de Martigny, de la société Sinergy CommerceSA et de la société Sinergy InfrastructureSA, lorsque ceux-ci ou leurs ayants droit se trouvent sans leur faute dans une situation matérielle difficile par suite de vieillesse, d'invalidité, de décès, de maladie ou de chômage; assumer en outre des obligations qui incombent à la Fondation en tant qu'employeur à l'égard de la caisse de prévoyance de la Commune de Martigny ou contribuer à des améliorations des prestations de ladite caisse
