Permettre à la Paroisse réformée de Porrentruy d'utiliser ses revenus à des fins caritatives paroissiales ou d'encourager l'accession de jeunes de la paroisse au ministère pastoral. Ce sont des tâches qui, d'après les dispositions légales, ne peuvent être payées par le compte d'exploitation de la paroisse.
