Company Purpose
optimiser la gestion et la distribution de l'énergie dans le territoire des communes de Monthey, Troistorrents, Val-d'Illiez, Champéry, Massongex et Vérossaz, Ciba-Geigy SA étant chargée de l'approvisionnement en électricité; répondre aux besoins des partenaires de façon coordonnée en organisant l'entraide aux niveaux de l'exploitation, de l'administration et de la gestion; favoriser la création d'une région de distribution au sens de l'al. e) de l'art. 89 de la loi sur l'utilisation des forces hydrauliques du 28.03.1990; effectuer toute opération financière ou commerciale en rapport avec son but
