Company Purpose

Führen von Eishockey-Mannschaften in allen wettspielberechtigten Kategorien. Kann alle damit zusammenhängenden Aktivitäten ausüben, insbesondere Kauf und Verkauf von Spielerrechten, Betrieb eines Restaurants sowie Handel mit Souvenirartikeln. Kann im In- und Ausland Zweigniederlassungen errichten, sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen, gleichartige oder verwandte Unternehmen erwerben oder sich mit solchen zusammenschliessen, Liegenschaften, Wertschriften und immaterielle Güter erwerben, verwalten, vermitteln und veräussern, sowie alle Geschäfte eingehen und Verträge abschliessen, die geeignet sind, den Zweck der Gesellschaft zu fördern oder die direkt oder indirekt mit ihm in Zusammenhang stehen. Die Eishockey Club Olten AG EHCO ist nicht gewinnorientiert. Sie setzt sich für einen gesunden, respektvollen, fairen und erfolgreichen Sport ein und anerkennt die jeweils geltende Ethik-Charta des Schweizer Sports.
