Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft verfolgt den Zweck, in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe und Mitverantwortung ihren Mitgliedern guten und preisgünstigen Wohnraum zu verschaffen und zu erhalten. Sie bietet Wohnraum für Personen in folgender Reihenfolge: a) an Mitarbeitende der SBB und deren Pensionierte; b) an Mitarbeitende der Schweizerischen Post und deren Pensionierte; c) an Mitarbeitende der allgemeinen Bundesverwaltung und deren Pensionierte; d) Dritte, sofern keine Personen gemäss lit. a, b oder c vorhanden sind. Sie fördert das Zusammenleben im Sinne gesamtgesellschaftlicher Verantwortung und gegenseitiger Solidarität.
