Die Stiftung bezweckt mit der Übernahme der Sammlung von Hansrudolf Schweizer und der Übernahme der zerlegbaren Spur 0-Anlage inklusive Rollmaterial von Peter Schwarzenbach in den Räumen der Genossenschaft Lok Remise Uster eine öffentlich zugängliche Schausammlung einzurichten und zu betreiben.
