Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft bezweckt durch gemeinsame Selbsthilfe ihren Mitgliedern Arbeit und Unterhalt zu verschaffen. Dazu wird eine Firma betrieben, die auf folgenden Gebieten tätig ist: a) Projektierung und Ausführung von Starkstromanlagen, Schwachstromanlagen, Netzwerkanlagen, Beleuchtungsanlagen; b) Entwicklung und Bau von Leuchten; c) Handel mit Elektroapparaten, Elektrogeräten Maschinen und Artikel aller Art. Die Genossenschaft kann sich an Unternehmen mit gleichen oder ähnlichen Zielsetzungen beteiligen sowie alle Geschäfte tätigen, die direkt oder indirekt mit ihrem Zweck in Zusammenhang stehen und geeignet sind, die Erreichung des Genossenschaftszweckes zu fördern oder zu erleichtern, einschliesslich des Erwerbs oder Verkaufs von Grundeigentum. Die Tätigkeit der Genossenschaft ist gemeinnützig und nicht gewinnstrebig.
