Company Purpose

Zweck des Vereins ist das Wahrnehmen von sozialen und gemeinnützigen Aufgaben im evangelisch christlichen Sinne. Der Verein versteht sich als ein selbständiges Sozialwerk, das der Evangelisch-methodistischen Kirche nahesteht. Der Zweck soll durch Gründung einer Stiftung entsprechenden Zwecks und die anschliessende Übertragung des gesamten Vereinsvermögen ohne Gegenleistung umgesetzt werden.
