Die Stiftung sensibilisiert die schweizerische Bevölkerung betreffend die gesellschaftliche Tragweite der Demenz Erkrankungen (insbesondere Alzheimer) und anderer neurodegenerativer Krankheiten und informiert die Allgemeinheit über den Stand der Forschung. Die Stiftung verfolgt weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke.
