Company Purpose
Die Stiftung bezweckt die wirksame Unterstützung benachteiligter Menschen im Gesundheitswesen, insbesondere von Kindern und Jugendlichen, hauptsächlich in der Region Bern durch Unterstützung von geeigneten Projekten und der Forschung. Die Projekte reichen von der medizinischen Grundversorgung bis zur spezialisierten Dienstleistung und Information. Die Stiftung fördert die medizinische Forschung zur Bekämpfung von Krankheiten und fördert Bestrebungen zur allgemeinen Krankheitsverhütung. Die Stiftung kann Grundstücke, welche dem unmittelbaren Stiftungszweck dienen, erwerben, verwalten und veräussern. Sie hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck.
