Company Purpose

1. Die Stiftung fördert Ferien- und Erholungsaufenthalte für ältere vulnerable Menschen sowie ähnliche Angebote zum Wohnen mit Dienstleistungen, unter anderem in der Region Sempachersee. Sie kann auch Angebote ausserhalb der Region Sempachersee unterstützen. 2. Der Stiftungsrat kann im Rahmen der finanziellen Möglichkeiten der Stiftung und nach seinem Ermessen die Betreiberin bzw. die Betriebsgesellschaft Seematt Eich (und allfällige Nachfolgeorganisationen), solange diese auf den Parzellen Nr. 348, am See, GB Eich, und Nr. 385, am See, GB Eich, einen Betrieb für Kur- und Erholungsaufenthalte betreibt, zur Angebotsverbesserung für die in Ziff. 1 vorstehend genannten Zwecke finanziell unterstützen und diese langfristig in ihrer Entwicklung fördern.
