Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt die Erhaltung und Weiterführung des im Rahmen der beruflichen Vorsorge erworbenen Vorsorgeschutzes gemäss den einschlägigenbundesrechtlichen Bestimmungen sowie dem Reglement für das Freizügigkeitskonto. Die Stiftung kann Freizügigkeitsleistungen von Personen entgegennehmen, die aus einer Einrichtung der beruflichen Vorsorge austreten oder die ihre Vorsorgekapitalien aus einer anderen Freizügigkeitseinrichtung auf die Stiftung übertragen wollen. Die Stiftung kann Versicherungsverträge zugunsten der Vorsorgenehmer oder eines Teils derselben abschliessen oder in solche Verträge eintreten. Sie muss aus solchen Verträgen Versicherungsnehmerin und Begünstigte sein. Die Stiftung ist im Gebiet der ganzen Schweiz tätig.
