Company Purpose
Zweck der Gesellschaft ist die Betreibung eines Memberclubs mit Clubräumlichkeiten an der Fortunagasse 13 in 8001 Zürich. Die Gesellschaft kann sich an anderen Unternehmungen beteiligen, Tochtergesellschaften und Zweigniederlassungen im In- und Ausland errichten und ausserdem alle Rechtshandlungen vornehmen, die der Zweck der Gesellschaft mit sich bringen kann.
