Company Purpose
Die Gesellschaft bezweckt die Sicherstellung des akutstationären Leistungsauftrags in der Spitalregion Savognin. Zu diesem Zweck führt sie die erforderlichen Akutspitalabteilungen ambulant und stationär sowie den Rettungsdienst. Die Gesellschaft erbringt ferner Leistungen im Bereich Wohnen, Beratung, Pflege und Betreuung betagter und/oder pflegebedürftiger Menschen und ihren Angehörigen, sowohl ambulant wie stationär. Die Gesellschaft verfolgt einen öffentlichen bzw. gemeinnützigen Zweck und weder Erwerbs- noch Selbsthilfezwecke; vollständige Zweckumschreibung gemäss Statuten.
