Company Purpose
La rivalutazione dell'immagine ambientale e paesaggistica della regione Cardada-Cimetta; la promozione e la gestione di progetti di interesse turistico e regionale; la gestione di impianti di trasporto fra Locarno e Cardada-Cimetta; l'acquisto, la costruzione, il noleggio e l'esercizio di impianti di risalita; la gestione di esercizi pubblici, di alberghi e di centri turistici. Nell'ambito del raggiungimento dello scopo sociale la società può assumere rappresentanze e esercitare tutte le attività commerciali, finanziarie o di altro genere in relazione con lo scopo sociale stesso. Al fine di realizzare il proprio scopo sociale, la società può estendere la partecipazione a enti pubblici e comuni della regione, come pure raccogliere fondi da terzi anche attraverso l'emissione di prestiti obbligazionari.
