Company Purpose
Erstellung und Führung eines Bootshafens in Vitznau und den einschlägigen Servicebetrieb; Beteiligungen; Erwerb, Belastung, Veräusserung und Verwaltung von Grundstücken; Die Gesellschaft soll kapitalmässig in der Region Vitznau verwurzelt sein; Führung des Bootshafens Vitznau ist eine Aufgabe auch im öffentlichen Interesse; Um die Erfüllung dieser Aufgabe zu gewährleisten, soll die Mehrheit der Aktien der Gesellschaft im Eigentum lokaler öffentlich-rechtlicher Körperschaften oder Gemeinwesen der Region verbleiben.
