Company Purpose

Die Stiftung bezweckt, für Kinder, Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigte mit Wohnsitz oder Aufenthalt im Kanton Bern Hilfe anzubieten, insbesondere: für Alleinerziehende zusammen mit ihren Säuglingen und/oder Kleinkindern zur Sicherung von Wohnung, Betreuung und Pflege, in der erweiterten Mütter- und Väterberatung; für Säuglinge und Kinder mit Entwicklungsauffälligkeiten und Krankheiten somatischer, psychischer oder sozialer Art in ihrem sozialen Umfeld. Die durch die Stiftung angebotene Hilfe kann bestehen in: Naturalien, Leistungen finanzieller Natur, Unterstützung an Einzelpersonen. Die Stiftung kann im Rahmen des Stiftungszweckes entsprechende Einrichtungen errichten und betreiben sowie bestehende Einrichtungen unterstützen. Sie kann zur Befolgung von einzelnen Teilen des Stiftungszweckes auch weitere Stiftungen errichten. Die Stiftung hat gemeinnützigen Charakter und verfolgt keinerlei Erwerbszweck. Gewinn und Kapital der Stiftung sind ausschliesslich dem vorstehend genannten Zweck gewidmet.
