Die Mietpreise sind nach den Selbstkosten festzusetzen unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen Selbsterhaltung und ordnungsgemässen Abschreibungen. Sie bezweckt keinen Gewinn. Jeder Erwerbszweck, insbesondere jede Spekulation ist ausgeschlossen.
