Company Purpose

Die Genossenschaft kann Grundstücke oder Immobilien erwerben oder veräussern sowie Häuser bauen, erwerben, verwalten oder vermieten. Beim Verkauf eines Grundstückes oder einer Immobilie ist den Genossenschaftern vorab Gelegenheit zu geben, diese zu einem angemessenen Preis zu erwerben.
