Company Purpose
Das im Jahre 1912 in Samedan erstellte alte Kreisspital Oberengadin in seiner gegenwärtigen Gestalt zu erhalten, es soll für preisgünstige Mietwohnungen für Einheimische, für Büros sowie für Kultur und Bildung verwendet und im Hinblick darauf umgebaut werden; die Genossenschaft kann die hiezu notwendigen dinglichen Rechte erwerben.
