Company Purpose

Uebernahme von Abwässern von den angeschlossenen Abwasserverbänden und der Ciba spezialitätenchemie AG sowie gegebenenfalls von anderen Gemeinden, Gemeindeverbänden oder Dritten zur Reinigung und jederzeitigen Sicherstellung der Verwertung bzw. Entsorgung der Reststoffe, insbesondere Betrieb der Abwasserreinigungsanlage Ritanne in Kaisten sowie gegebenenfalls Betrieb und Unterhalt von Teilen der Kanalnetze der Anschlussverbände; die Gesellschaft kann Zweigniederlassungen errichten, sich an weiteren Unternehmungen beteiligen oder sich mit diesen zusammenschliessen sowie Grundstücke erwerben, belasten oder veräussern.
