Company Purpose

Zweck der Gesellschaft ist die gemeinsame, je hälftige Ausnützung der vom Bezirk March verliehenen Wasserkräfte der Wägitaleraa und des Trepsenbachs durch die Nordostschweizerische Kraftwerke AG und die Stadt Zürich, die Bereitstellung und der Betrieb der von den Gründungspartnern benötigten Anlagen. Die Gesellschaft kann Grundeigentum erwerben und alles vorkehren, was der Erreichung ihres Zweckes förderlich ist.
